About Ted Schick

 

Ted is a retired Naval Officer who rose up from the enlisted ranks. He has been leading people for over 28 years; with over 18 years of teaching experience. Ted holds a BA in Business from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and a teaching certificate from Bemidji State University. Ted received his Master of Education Degree from the University of Minnesota, Duluth with his final thesis, “Mentoring in a Corporate Environment."

Ted was the past president and current board member of the Lake Superior Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development.

My philosophy on learning and leadership



When faced with performance issues, too often leaders think they have a training problem, when in fact, they have a leadership problem . Knowing the difference is paramount.
